Unfortunately, the library does not have institutional fellowships or author memberships that allow authors to waive journal submission fees. This includes BMJ Case Reports, BioMed Central, journals belonging to Spandidos Publications, and more. Such memberships are typically designed for individual university libraries, as opposed to a multi-institutional organization such as the Texas Medical Center Library.
