Thank you for your inquiry. Remote access to the TMC Library is limited to users who are currently affiliated with a TMC academic institutions (such as UTHSC, BCM, TWU, and PVAMU). Healthcare providers who are not affiliated can certainly purchase membership fee, but this requires that you come into the library to access our resources. PubMed gives free access to citations and abstracts (and often free full text if the journal is open access). You can use the Loansome Doc service by the National Library of Medicine (https://www.nlm.nih.gov/pubs/factsheets/loansome_doc.html) to request the full text that you need.
