Photocopy Fees:

• Card holder: 25¢ per page
• Non-card holder: 30¢ per page
• Postage and handling fees may apply

Scanned Image Fees:

• For private, education use: 
• Card holder: $9.00 per image
• Non-card holder: $12.00 per image
• For publication:
• Non-profit book or journal with less than 3,000 distribution
• Card holder: $35.00 per image
• Major journal or for-profit publication
• Card holder: $50 per image
