Journal Citation Reports allows you to search for high impact journals within a particular field of study. Go to JCR>Journals>search for subject and then click under "Category Name". For example, here's a search for journals in the field of Endocrinology:

 

You can also search for high impact journals using the Web of Science database. Web of Science doesn't have subject headings in the same way as the other databases, but it does have something called "Web of Science categories." It is a drop-down menu on the main page under "Documents" search. The same Endocrinology & Metabolism category exists here:

You would need to search the category (which has almost a million results), filter the dates on the left, and then sort the results by "Citations: highest first". See below:

If you want to narrow this down, you can use the Advanced search to add search terms and then combine with the filtered category line from the search history.
